Organist Appointment

Following the announcement of the retirement of Dr Jim Wrightson as Organist at Liverpool Parish Church, we are delighted to announce that, following a recruitment process, Ian Wells has been appointed as Organist. Ian comes with great experience, including as Assistant Organist at Liverpool Cathedral until 2007, and then as Director of Music at Holy Trinity Church, Southport until 2017. Ian said, “ I am delighted and honoured to be taking up the post of Organist at Liverpool Parish Church. I am looking forward very much to joining the community at Our Lady and St Nicholas and continuing the excellent work of my predecessor, Dr Jim Wrightson.
